Return and refunds
At MAL'KO , we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, colour, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 14 days from receiving the order.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. We will refund or exchange the item only after carrying out suitable quality checks. MAL'KO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Fill out an application for the return (download here … ) or write an application (in a free form) as it was in our sample. We would like to hear your comments and suggestions in order to improve our product. Pack the items for the return. Please make sure to send unused product. Put the copy of a price check. Refunds are possible only with application form and price check.

We don’t accept returns without applications or cash on delivery per post.
Your return will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
You will only be refunded for the purchased product, any costs incurred for shipment will not be refunded. Shipping charges will apply to returned products as well.
